This product arrived as described. The item was exactly as listed. For shorter hair they have to be cut down but, that actually gives you double the strands. The only thing I would have liked to be different would have been to have an assortment of colors or shades of color options in the "holders" instead of just one.

Great hair tinsel! Easy to do yourself. Hair tinsel sparkles, shines and is not thin or doesn’t rip like many on other sites. If you like the look of hair tinsel , you are gonna love this kit!

The media could not be loaded.  Love how this is turned out. I will say it is not the easiest to do yourself. Very tedious but once you figure it out…soooo worth it.
