Product delivery method is not correct
The product is good but the method of delivery of the product is wrong, the delivery boy calls 1 to 2 km away and gives delivery, while according to the rules, home delivery should be done.

Not as advertised
The requirement was for a single shaft motor, though the product description says single shaft - double shaft motor was supplied. Asked for replacement and same double shaft motor was supplied. Had to return the item and purchase from a different supplier.
