Great insoles
The only insoles I use. Atrex are a little higher, but WELL worth it. Helps support high arches, builds arches in flat feet, helps with plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, supports rolling ankles. Highly recommend. They’ll do their best job within the first 8 months of heavy, everyday use.

These are okay
They fit my shoes perfectly but there isn’t as much arch support as I expected. My last pair were much better.

Like walking on air...
Used these for everyday - walking, hiking, biking, etc. Love the cushioning and makes it feel like walking on air. Will get another pair

Hard to figure out the best orthotic for each purpose.
In the gym and occasionally for walking.They only worked for about four months.
