Q: Can you buy refills so you always have more cold packs in the freezer. I can't seem to find refill packs ;-(

It is all one unit. You put the whole thing in the freezer. If you buy two you should be fine. They truly are amazing.

Q: Is it easy to adjust and does it stay on head or falls easily?

It is very easy to adjust if your head size is standard. I wear a size 8 hat, and this doesn't work for me, but I wasn't surprised by that. My husband suffers from frequent headaches due to a neuropathy, and he loves it. We now have two so he can switch them out. They get cold, but not so cold it damages skin.

Q: Does the cold come from ICE, or is there a GEL?

From the description it’s a gel inside and from experience it gets nice and cold in the freezer but it can still mold easily to your head as it’s a gel and not ice. I have other brand ice packs that are more rigid after freezing and feel less comfortable due to that.
