GSI Outdoors Pioneer 10.375 Inch Camp Dinner Plate with Stainless Rim for Camping or Cabin

Okay, it is just a plate. Let’s all try to keep that into perspective.Having said that…… these plates are awesome!This ain’t no weak paper plate….pile the food high and cut that ribeye with a real knife. They are a great size for fat guys like me (okay it sometimes takes more than one). Super easy clean-up with or without running water even with the messiest of camp foods. They stack well and pack-up neat for camping where space and organization is always at a premium. Inexpensive when compared with single use paper plates. I suspect they are more sanitary than those scratched up plastic camping plates. They have been indestructible so far, still look new, and I occasionally put them on a grill to warm leftovers (hope the paper/plastic plate aficionados try that one).AND….they will make your food taste better! My wife prefers the same exact plate, but in cream with a tasteful green GSI logo. Those plates might be a tad more elegant, but it has been scientifically proven that food tastes better on the classic speckled blue GSI Outdoors Pioneer 10.375 Inch Camp Dinner Plate with Stainless Rim.And….even when roughing it, these plates somehow manage to be as sexy as a plate can be…Sexy as a Patagonia rock climbing model serving you a delicious meal.....check out those action shots.If I could only have one plate for the rest of my life, I would choose this plate. My only regret would be that I can’t have more than one. Buy a couple of these plates for each member of your family, and rest easy knowing that you have finally found the perfect camping plate.

I bought these to match some 25 year old blue enamel plates. They differ by having a small, stainless steel edge to them. The plates are great and stack easily with the older plates in the cupboard. They wash up fine in the dishwasher. Great buy for these times when we have to eat outside during the pandemic. Much better than plastic plates.

I don't have both this one and the one with the rim but I know I wanted the rim because someone else told me I did:-) I'm real happy with it. And liked that I could get just one

Absolutely great products! Only downside is they can't go in the microwave but I dont even care. These plates are so nice looking, cleaning and you can drop them all day long and they still look the same!

I wanted to replace my old plate which I use everyday. It's my "go to" plate for every meal unless we're having company for a formal sit down meal at the table using china, but if it's not formal...I use my blue metal plate any way. It's been my main meal plate for over 20 years and it was wearing out.

So far we are enjoying the plates easy to clean and look nice. They were a little dinged up from handling but I think it gives a little character to the plates. Surprisingly light too!

Same as the others we had from years ago. Just great. We wanted something to hold up long term. GSI makes great consistent products.

Great for camping.. Cleans up well.. Porcelain enamel.. I use pots and pans from that type of material but never a dish... I live alone and will use it every day.....Along with the Cup

Very good quality for the price I paid. Sturdy, and seems it can handle being scrubbed with a scouring pad. Everything I would expect from GSI.
