Wonderful writing experience, versatile layout
I bought two Rhodia goalbooks -- one with white paper and dot grid and one with cream paper and square grid. Both have excellent quality: the paper is smooth and my fountain pen writes beautifully. I'm wary of perpetual calendars but this suited a project that started in May (which is too early for the academic or 18-month calendars) and a bit of a waste for the January start. But what I discovered is that the layouts -- vertical year, horizontal month, plus 222 numbered (yay!) pages are customisable. Aside from the usual usage as a bullet journal, I'm using one book as a research journal, relabelling the months as chapters or sections; I use the vertical calendar as a numbered to-do list for each section and the horizontal 'months' for overview/summary notes. And of course since the Goalbook includes an index, I can then cross-reference the pages.

Great Journal
Great journal, very very wide pages and the feeling of the cover is great!Nice to have a lot of pages too so this should last a year or even more!Only thing I would say is the loop for the pen holder is a little gimmicky, takes a while to fit a pen in there and in the end I just put my pen on the page and cover the book with the strap!Great product

White brushed vellum paper
It's the most reasonably priced Rhodia Hardcover Goalbook I found on Amazon (£12.99) at the time I made the purchase. However, I only realised that it was not exactly what I wanted when I received it. The goalbook I already have has cream coloured paper. The one I received has bright white paper. I compared the two and realised that the description on new one says WHITE brushed vellum paper. My old one says IVORY brushed vellum paper. So there it is, that's something I missed. If you are like me and prefer ivory, read the description carefully before purchasing any Goalbook from any seller. The difference is like fluorescent light and natural daylight.

Low quality paper, but nice quality cover?
This is just okay.Pros:- nice colours and cover design (the soft cover is actually soft and nice material)- there are two ribbon bookmarksCons:- pages are really thin and just regular writing shows through on the opposite side. Really don't like that. Expected thicker paper and higher quality from this brand. Unsure if I can use this for the whole year due to this

Dotted journal
Lovely metallic silver softcover notebook. Quality paper as expected from Rhodia brand. A few pre-printed pages at the start, but the rest are just dotted. Paper has an ivory tinge, rather than being white. There are two contrasting orange ribbon page markers and closure elastic.

One of the finest bullet journals around
I used to use the Rhodia WebNotebooks for all my bullet journaling. This goalbook is exactly the same except with a few index pages in the front and numbered pages. It’s a slight bit bigger than the normal web notebook. The page quality is the same, although the dots on the goalbook are a bit lighter.Overall, this journal follows me everywhere and I get joy out of using it everyday, so it’s well worth the money.

Nice smooth paper, but binding is poor.
This was my first time of using a Rhodia Goalbook as a bullet journal. The paper is good quality with a smooth coating (not actually great for coloured pencils, as it's slippery and many pens still ghost through) It is also very yellowy-coloured compared to the Leuchtturm notebooks I used previously. It will take watercolour although it does crinkle a bit. I bought a second one afterwards, but the binding split on the back cover before I was half way through and the pocket in the back had to be re-stuck several times as it kept detaching from the rear cover. Not what you expect from a quality notebook. I won't be buying a third one.

A lovely, quality bullet journal. My favourite brand.
Beautiful.I bought a slightly different one by the same maker last year and was slightly aggrieved at the extra cost of this one initially but was really pleased once I received it. It's lovely with more features (Numbered pages, two bookmarks contents page, title page, year at a glance page and month at a glance pages.)Once again, it has that wonderfully textured, sturdy soft cover and really good quality cream coloured pages. My sister owns a leuchtturm and we both agree that the quality of this paper is vastly better. (Thicker, smoother and much less bleeding)Really good quality and I can't wait to start using it once I fill my last one!
