Miter Saw Stand - Portable type 1 ea.
Pros: Overall construction is SOLID... Quality is there. Easy to assemble. For quality you get weight. I like this so the saw doesn't move around a lot while working. Besides - they put wheels on for a reason. Ok ... The outlet design is awesome, can use their cord or your cord and cord doesn't get in the way while moving. The clamp down for the DeWalt DWS779 works but the saw slid a little to the rear while mounting on table. I will fix this - absolutely without complaint. The material standoffs at the ends are nice - with / without roller is a good option. The knob for tightening it is a little robust and if the saw is stood on edge, ie. next to a wall - the knob will hit the ground. Changing that for a regular bolt. Last thing - when I get something like this, I always look to see what I would do if the table becomes broken while on the job... Thanks to the nut and bolt selections and overall construction, this stand will be around for a hot minute. So - the cons: Weight, but that't the trade off between strong and more importantly - stable, the knob for the material standoff, but that's just using a bolt vice the knob and not over torquing it, and the mount of the brackets to the saw, which I blame which I will fix by putting a sticky back rubber surface between the saw and the mount. In short - highly recommend this to anyone. Wow - was totally impressed with the guages of metal used. Quality good, design good, cost makes everything perfect. Thank you ... Not sure where it was made but here's the deal - it works...

Chop saw stand
Very sturdy, easy to put toy and the wheels make it real easy to move. I am happy with this stand and the price.

Nice sturdy stand.
It's not perfect but not bad. Took about 5 min to assemble. Very sturdy in use, just kick the legs out as far as they will go. When folding it up you need to fold the handle end first, But actually this works fine as you tip it up and past center, fold the handle end then fold up the wheel end. When sitting upright for storage it sits on the plastic screw handle that adjusts the roller, don't like that much as it will scratch it up and eventually break it. The wheel shaft is welded on, kind of wished it was a push through shaft that I could remove as I don't really need the wheels on it all the time. With the shaft sticking out you would want the wheels on so you don't impale yourself. Lower shelf brackets will come in handy I expect. I was planning on using this for my table saw too, but the rollers are too low and the saw would be way too high anyway. So I don't have a dual purpose use for it. That is fine as it will serve for my 12 inch slider. This is shorter than some which is why I picked it, space is at a premium. Well built, solid, reasonably light weight, good value for the money. Yes I would recommend it. Maybe they will change a couple things and it would be perfect.Edit: Now that I have used this stand a bit I am really liking it even more. I have a Dewalt DWS780 mounted and this stand does not move. Rollers are easy to adjust and sturdy. The lumber supports on the legs are very handy. I recently stacked 2x4s on them and it was very convenient. The power strip could come in handy for contractors. This stand is somewhat short in length which is what I wanted for my space. Contractors will possibly prefer a longer stand if they have the means to haul it. As it is I use a portable roller stand for end support on long boards.Edit #2: This stand is now a respected fixture in my small shop. The tool mounting brackets are perfect for holding a tape measure. They fit under the front of my miter saw and are always available, I keep on one on each side. The holes that are used to hold the legs when folded up are perfect for keeping a pencil handy, just use a large eraser (or use rubber bands) to keep it from falling through the hole. I find the power strip is perfect for plugging in palm sander, Router or hand planer. I plug the power strip into my vac switch so that any tool plugged in will activate the vacuum. This is very handy as my table saw/work table is close. So easy to connect a hose from to vacuum to the tool and use the power strip to run the vac as needed. While I could have just added a power strip to do this it works out it is in the perfect place for my shop.EDIT #3: There is one negative I can report, the mounts slope back i.e. they are not in alignment with the rollers. I shimmed my miter saw by 3/8 inch at the rear in order to get the deck in line with the out-feed rollers. As near as I can tell the mounts are not adjustable.

Beefy unit. Stable platform. Great value.
Really happy with this stand. I'm using it for a Dewalt DW715 and it fits perfect. The stand is stable and is heavily built for its purpose. Setup took about 5 minutes as it is mostly assembled upon arrival. I see that there have been some shipping issues for other customers but mine arrived without a scratch on it.I chose this over a stand available at a popular discount tool retailer and I'm glad I did. This stand is beefier and more stable so it's definitely worth the extra few bucks. To me the fold-down wood racks on the legs looked like plastic in the picture but they are metal. I also wondered from looking at the pictures if the unit would stand on end but I can confirm what I think I saw in other reviews, the wheels are for moving the unit only. Even without a saw mounted on it, the unit is difficult to balance on its end, so if you are looking for something that you can drop the legs on and stand on end with the saw attached, this isn't for you.I agree with reviewers that the outlet placement is awkward. Unless your saw bed is two inches higher than mine, the center outlet will be covered by the work support arm. Easy enough to trim the arm down and I suppose a byproduct of building a universal stand, but still a bit awkward.Tip for people mounting 12 inch saws. Slide the saw forward on the brackets and mount the rear holes first.. If you mount the front first the back side of the brackets are partially blocked by plastic so the screws are difficult to place. Now I'm off to see if I can source a few pairs of the quick release mounting brackets. I'd love to have some mounted to some of my other bench top tools.

Buen producto
Tiene algunas fallas de diseño, como los contactos eléctricos que no se pueden usar del todo, pero la mesa cumple perfectamente su función. Muy resistente y fácil de maniobrar para guardar. Buena opción.

Sturdy Saw Stand Ready to Use in 15 Minutes
Assembly took only about 15 minutes and the instructions had diagrams which was very helpful. The saw base fit the receiver parts perfectly. It would have been helpful if they had included an Allen key for the handle bolts and if they had identified a route to run the power cord from the saw to the outlet attached to the saw stand. The stand appears to be quite sturdy and a good working height.
