Authentic taste an great size!

After spending over a year in Perú and recently returning to the UK I had cravings to eat some ají de gallina and causa de pollo. This is exactly like the chilli sauce is in Perú. 10/10 would buy again

Superb item! Arrived really fast, and the taste of this chilli paste is superb. I've been able to use it in pretty much every dish I've cooked since buying it. Rich flavour of chilli without too much heat makes this the perfect addition to a marinade or curry, and it's even versatile enough to be a side condiment (tastes can be adjusted by adding other ingredients if required). I've stored mine in an airtight jar, so no concerns of it going rancid. Would definitely buy again.

Fast delivery and good product

I did try to make the huancaina cream and the taste was ok.

I used the sauce to make a variety of delicious dishes while in the UK. My Peruvian wife says this is Aji Marisol though, it doesn't have the same flavour as aji Amarillo in Peru (Even I can tell that). Still delicious though and works a treat for the same dishes. I'm so glad I can cook my Peruvian recipes!
