This tissue dispenser is too small to insert a box of facial tissue (i.e. Puffs or Kleenex).If you pull the tissues out of the brand name boxes and put them inside the dispenser, you'll find that there's lots of empty space around the tissues.Therefore, this dispenser is both too small and too big.I hope this helps prospective buyers decide if this will work for them.

Overall, I really like this tissue holder. It's the exact color I wanted, and I love the woven wicker. It arrived in perfect condition. With its metal internal framework, it seems sturdy and long-lasting. We'll see over time whether or not the wicker cracks and "unweaves" from the frame. I down-graded the item to 4-stars because I wish it was deeper, to hold more tissues at one time. Also, after reading the item dimensions and measuring my tissue boxes, I was expecting to be able to use this as a simple box cover. Not so. I had to remove the tissues from their box in order to fit them inside this. This works fine for me, just an extra step.

I mistakenly did not read the reviews before purchasing this item. I shouldn't have assumed that a rectangle tissue holder holds a box of tissues like every other tissue box holder I've ever seen. I have standard rectangular kleenex brand tissue boxes. You have to remove the tissues from the box, and even then you have to smush the stack on either long side to get it in the holder. I haven't gotten to the bottom of the stack yet, but I anticipate some tissues will tear because they are in there quite tightly.2 stars because it still looks decent once you get the tissues in there.

Great looking tissue box but you can’t put a box of tissues in the cardboard in it (as described). Fits Kleenex and puffs brand tissues when you take them out of the cardboard and fill this box. The only problem is there isn’t something that helps the tissues stand up and might be harder to get tissues out when you run low. This is easy to fix by either unlatching the box to access the tissues or cut off the top of a Kleenex tissue box with the clear plastic film opening and placing on top when you fill the box. This will make the tissues stand up and pull up the next as you take one out. Great tissue box and good price.

Got sick of the printed boxes that tissues came in so I bought this little number. I absolutely love it, but it does come with one hiccup which is that I had to open the sides of my tissue boxes....pull out the full stack of tissues....and then put them as a whole into the holder. The inside of the holder is to small for the box so I didn't have any other options. Plus, when the stack in the holder gets low the tissues will fall back down into the opening so it needs to stay fuller. Hasn't been any issues yet and likely won't be because I like how the holder looks so that's a non-issue.

Box of Facial tissues don’t fit. Have to take them out of box to make it work. I wouldn’t buy them again for this purpose.

I really love the look of this tissue box holder; however, it does not actually hold a box of tissues. It's slightly narrower than a standard Kleenex or Puffs rectangular box. The first time, I was able to simply remove the tissues from the cardboard box and put them in this holder. The second time, I didn't pay attention and purchased a box of Puffs that doesn't pop up. For this type of folded tissue, I have to open the box when I need one, making it inconvenient, but still pretty. I'll be more careful next time I purchase tissues because this just looks so much better than a cardboard box.

I ordered two. one one of them, the lid does not fit well on top of the box and on the second one there is a scar all along the box, looks like the two sheets of material were connected right there.I won't bother returning them as it is not worth the hassle, but for the price I expected better quality. Would not buy again
