Beware it is not exactly 3.3v TTL level
Seems 3.3v is derived from 5v using 2 diodes so it is not exact 3.3v you may expect > 3.4v at the TTL level. But we can actually give 3.3v Vref as input to this board on same Vcc pin by removing the onboard jumper completely so making it usable
