Twiningsof London Sleep Nightly Calm Single Serve K-Cup Pods for Keurig, 12 Count (Pack of 1)

I've long been a fan of both Twining's (Earl Grey, Lady Grey, Prince of Whales) and Celestial Seasoning's Sleepytime. Truth is, I just didn't even know that Twining's had a tea formulated for relaxation/sleep. I discovered this when I got my Keurig and was trying to find a decent price on the Sleepytime K-Cup (because it's so convenient when I'm wiped and just want a relaxing cup of tea before bed). Amazon seemed to guess at what I was going for and suggested this-- with subscribe and save, it's a pretty decent deal (less than $0.50 per cup). At first, I was put off by the new flavors in the tea (Sleepytime is chamomile+mint-- this has other flavors too). But after giving it a couple tries and getting used to it-- I like it even better than Sleepytime now. It has a very relaxing scent and flavor. I do the largest cup on the K-Cup (10 oz?) and add two teaspoons of sugar. I can drink it without the sugar, but I like it a little sweet. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. I subscribe to 2 boxes (24 K-Cups) per month now. :)

I am a terrible sleeper. After working shift work for several years I developed several sleep problems. Specifically the inability to fall asleep and then stay asleep once I finally do. I have been off of shift work for the last two years, however, my circadian rhythm never fully recovered. I have tried all manner of sleep aids to include pills and changes in sleep behavior. Nothing has worked. A friend of mine recommended some sort of sleepy time tea. I figured it couldn't hurt to try. I purchased these K-cups a couple of weeks ago and started using them this week. It may be too early to tell, but I have slept like a rock the last few nights since drinking this stuff roughly an hour before bed. I am talking about falling right to sleep, and not waking up until the alarm goes off. It seems to be working really well and the tea tastes great without adding sugar. I highly recommend this tea for people with sleep disorders. It may not work for everyone, but I am certainly a believer!

I drink a cup of this stuff every night with a small spoonful of honey mixed in for sweetness. It’s part of my night time routine that I look forward to. One of the better sleepy time teas that I’ve tried. Can’t say that it actually makes me drowsy whatsoever so don’t expect it to work like a sleeping pill. It’s just a nice caffeine free tea option for evenings!

Oh my goodness, this tea is absolutely delicious. I am very pleased that I went ahead and purchased them. I was a little worried that they might be more peppermint tasting than mint/spearmint. I love spearmint tea a lot, so I was very happy when I made it and tasted that lovely spearmint flavor.Anyone would be pleased with the taste of this tea, or at least they should be in my opinion. It arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Will definitely order again when I run out. Thank you!

These pods are fresh and arrived in perfect condition. The tea has a nice flavor and is great for avoiding caffeine in the evening.

Very good item. Smells amazing! I wish the price wasn’t that much! But definitely gives me a good sleep at night.
