Very pleased with this firepit. We like the low profile that is easy to sit around on cool evenings in AZ. Heavy enough to hire 2 guys to haul it into place. Natural gas hookup needs to be performed by a gas plumber. Our line had to be repaired. The cover is nice, but the drawstring was worn right away and we have asked that it be replaced. Will see if that happens. Also, we made a little "tent" in the middle to keep rain from collecting in the cover which could rot the material. Overall, great value for the price.

I purchased this for a new deck. Installation is very simple. I have had it for three months and used it many times. It works very well. The flame is adjustable which is nice. We purchase colored glass to use in the bowl instead of the lava rock that came with the unit. The glass looks much bette than the red lava rock. I recommend this product.

We purchased this to realize it came with gas vs propane. Since it is heavy and already out of the packaging we thought the easiest thing would be to get a conversion kit. It does not come with instructions and after numerous attempts to get help we have gotten none. I have a very expensive fire table I can’t use since I can’t get support. It’s very frustrating after you are really trying to make it work and have paid so much money.

During COVID I decided to dig out a section of lawn and install a pea gravel patio with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs. I had a clear vision of the fire pit I wanted but I couldn’t find it anywhere! For at least 3 months I searched in person and online. I had found this fire pit but it was way more than I wanted to spend - it cost more than the whole patio/garden area I built!But it was just what I wanted. Bowl shaped, slightly modern looking (to balance the natural feel of the patio), had a ledge wide enough for feet, drinks, and plates, and had a good flame for propane.I decided to go for it and I’m glad I did. It arrived on a huge pallet well packaged and I rolled it myself along it’s side from the garage into the backyard. I’ve run it several nights already and haven’t had to refill the tank yet. I am waiting for a specific tank cover (that looks like a wooden stump) to get in stock to finish the look. Be advised the tank goes on the outside. The height is perfect for resting your feet while sitting in an Adirondack. I love my outdoor oasis I built myself and encourage you to go for this fire pit if you are on the fence… it’s worth the price!!!

We have a small concrete deck overlooking a pond. This is just what we needed. Thought it was going to be a little "low/short" for our liking, but it's fine the way it is. Would like to have a bit bigger fire ring, but in Florida we aren't really depending on it for warmth anyway.... just ambiance and smores! Still trying to get the igniter to work, but easily lights using a long handled multi purpose lighter. Was easy to set up by two of us. Paid a little more than we had wanted/planned to, but hopefully it will be worth it. The last one we had (different brand, different kind) rusted out quickly and went to the curb.

We are really happy with this outdoor fire pit because of it's large size and look. Delivery was great and it looks exactly like what is shown. I like that it came with a concrete repair kit and carrying straps so you can move it around as needed. Just be aware that it doesn't give off a lot of heat since it's gas-powered and the flames can only go so high. It's great at warming your toes, but if you're looking to keep a crowd warm, your best bet is to go with a wood-fueled fire pit.

The burner sits very low. We had a custom one made and it sits up higher. The fire pit itself is perfect. There is room to put a drink on the ledge. It’s perfect for low slant back chairs. We searched high and low and went to store after store. Found this one- the lines are smooth and it’s a perfect addition to a pool area. Not a huge distraction for the water view behind it!!!

We got ours on Black Friday sale. Even if it was not on sale it’s a very good buy. Cant say more about how great it looks. We replaced the lava rocks with the blue glass ones purchased in amazon. We first didn’t know how we would get it to the back yard but after opening the box we realized that most of the weight were the lava rocks inside. We should have looked more because there is a carrying strap that we found after we moved it to the back yard via our wheel barrel. Heat does come off it but mostly it’s a show piece.
