Hoosier Hill Farm Real Butter Powder, 1LB (Pack of 1)

Excellent replacement to keep from running to the store when you realize mid-recipe that you’re out of butter. Taste great.

I bought 2 different kinds from different companies. The other one came in a very small container and had no flavor so when this one came today I expected to be disappointed.I am happy to say the flavor is OUTSTANDING!!Could just eat it with a spoon by itself lol.

Good price and easy to get a decent taste.

I've made this twice. The first time I made it with 1/2 cup powder and 2 Tablespoons of water like it recommended on the box. It was grainy and salty. Not a bad taste but wouldn't put on my toast. I would definitely cook/bake with. The second time I made it I used 1/2 cup powder and 2 1/2 Tablespoons of vegetable oil. I ran the powder through a sieve to get the lumps out. A little better texture and flavor. I wouldn't say it's economical but good to have on your shelf for an emergency.

Not good used as directed. However, when I increased the mixture to 6 parts butter powder to 1 part water, it tasted as good as real butter. I'll always keep this on hand

Good product but does not have a very long shelf life - year or less.

Hoosier makes a great product. It's a little more expensive than some others on the market, but in my opinion worth the money. I'm using it as an add-in to some cookies to boost the butter flavor.
