The case is good quality, fits perfectly all around my S20 plus, BUT unfortunately, the fingerprint recognition does not work through the case, so you have to rely exclusively on the face recognition setting. Also, you have to sometimes press hard against the case for the phone to recognized your touch response. This issue is primarily towards the edge of the case. The privacy feature of the view blacking out if you're not looking directly in front of the phone works well. However, you will also need to increase the display brightness to make up for the tint -- which will cause your phone battery to deplete faster. If they could remedy the touch response issue, this could be a 5 star case.

Update- Screen in front of case cracked just from being in my pocket with my keys. I gave 2 stars because the seller got back to me about my refund quickly. I still love the concept of the case and would order another if they fixed a few things (fingerprint, case sides being too slippery, etc)I love the magnetic part of it. And the privacy screen so far is great. I decreased to 3 stars instead of 5 because it does make the phone seem heavier. It is pretty slippery and easy to drop or lose control of your phone. It definitely may be a tempered glass but I feel if I drop the phone and it lands on a corner, the screen and back glass would crack on the phone which would defeat the purpose of the tempered glass. This case seems like its made more for the privacy screen. So I only use it when I'm home and then put on my shock proof case when I leave the house.

Will not pick up finger strokes for anything. Makes the case useless.

Took way over a month to deliver which is very inconvenient. When i received the product i wasn't quiet sure of it since it was magnetic. i put my old phone in it and dropped it on the carpet a couple times to see if it would break apart but I was pleasantly surprised it had not. not sure if this is truly gorilla glass as i hadn't even had it 24hrs and the screen cracked already. overall it's a pretty case, it fits nice, it seems semi sturdy but there is not grip. I drop my phone way more with this case than the last. overall it fits perfect for the galaxy s20, don't under estimate the fact that it's secured together by magnets as i've dropped it a few times now and it hasn't busted open yet. I just don't like that it's so slippery. The fact that the gorilla glass screen cracked already isn't surprising as i feel like most of the screens you buy for these phones and other devices just crack easily so I won't count that as a negative since i kind of anticipated it.

I recently purchased two Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G phones, one for myself and one for my wife. I ordered these covers because they stated they had a "privacy glass" feature. First, the covers to not fit the phone. They are rounded on the corners and the Ultra 5Gs are squared. They were also noticeably too small even with the rounded corners. They also seemed very flimsy and would not provide much protection should the phone be dropped. They were returned.

The hole thing was plastic There was no metal on it at all it was all plastic even the screen protector pure trash just got it today and it already broke by just sitting on the couch typing on is nearly impossible it went straight to the trash where it belongs will not get another one

I've had this case for LESS THAN 24 hours. It fell from a distance of two feet (with the phone inside) onto the ground and SHATTERED the case. Waste of money.I'm so disappointed. It is a sleek case that looks good. Shame it isn't durable.

I purchased this screen protector on 5/15/20 and tried it on my new Galaxy G20 Ultra and then put it back in the box to be used at a later time, I wasn't aware of the return cut off date which was on 6/24/20. In the mean time, I used a leather wallet style with a magnetic case to securely hold my phone and credit cards insde. I decided to switch back to the Ranyok case and noticed a hairline Y shape crack throughout the center. I couldn't believe how this could happen after I put it away in its packaging and on top of my computer. The quality of this product is poor and I would never recommend it!
