The tube isn't glass it's plastic but tuff plastic I actually prefer it being plastic ...so I give it a four not bad at all and I have my dad's hair in one of them and it wasn't to hard to get the hair in there the hole is good size my dad passed away in March but I am happy with the out come ....R.I.P my beautiful father

some years back I worked with twins. Both have cerebral palsy. They are now 38 and the boy / now a man asked me (having a hard time asking) that if I were to die, could he have some of my ashes. The thing is, I am going to be cremated but my ashes are going to be taken in the woods near a moving creek. I have always loved the sound of nature and running water running down stream. So, the next thing I could do was (I have long hair) I cut a small unnoticeable long locket of hair, and with a strong wire wrapped it around the wire and slowly pushed it into the pendent. Today I gave that to him. His look said it all and said he would treasure it forever.

I got this after my dog passed away. The vet actually trimmed his fur from his arm for his IV and I put it in a small bag, not really knowing what I'd do with it at the time. I saw one of these on my mom's keyring and decided it was perfect for the clipping of my boy's fur.It was very easy to fill - standard tweezers will fit into the opening, which I used to insert the fur into the tube. It does come as a set of two, so I'll keep the second one for when our other dog's time comes. They do also include chains to make necklaces but I preferred to attach it to my keys instead.

tl;dr buyer beware, you may not get what you pay for.I buy a pair of the silver 35.5x9mm pendants, and they work fantastic. I was able to put liquid inside them, and it holds tight perfectly. Satisfied, I buy a pair of the silver 40.5x12mm pendants, put liquid inside them, and the liquid evaporates a month later.The clear portion of the larger pendants is made of plastic, NOT glass. Took forever to ship over from China, and they lied on the product description. So, buyer beware. Depending on which one you order, you may not get what you pay for.
