Solid, very heavy cat tree. I would advise building it close to where you are planning to place it as it is hard to move around or carry up the stairs once assembled. Quite useful if you have one cat who likes to hide and another one who is a top of the tree sitter. The top perch could have been slightly bigger, though for the £33 I paid on Amazon warehouse I cannot complain that much. My 5kg cat still curles up on it as there is a raised back so he can support himself and not fall off. The middle shelf is spacious enough for a cat to stretch out comfortably and still well off the ground. There is a self adhesive velcro and the mat attaches to it, but I actually put his favourite 100% wool cushion on the shelf so he is even more happy as it covers the whole board. I would personally swap the soft cushioned base to be the middle shelf and the particle board to be at the bottom. I think it would be more practical for the cat. The round entry to the little den is a bit sharp when you glide your hand around and not overtly big, but you can actually leave it out and have an open hole, just 2 side walls, ceiling and bottom so if you have a bigger cat it is a good solution.

Easy to put together, stable and my little ginger ninja seems to have taken to it. Okay, it took a bit of encouragement with his favourite toy and some catnip spray, but he's fast asleep in his little cave already. Not sure it'll be more attractive to scratch than my sofa, but I can dream. For a cat tree at this price it's relatively good looking, easier to clean than a plushy one and hopefully should last longer too.

Actually suprised about the quality off this cat tower! Really great! It's solid and study the kitten loves it! Especially the little cubby hole. Has a lovely soft little pillow as well. It looks really smart too!Would definitely recommend this cat tree!

Finally a functioning cat tree that doesn't clash with the room decor. No wobble, very sturdy just like a piece of furniture rather than a cat toy. Enough space for my one and only ginger boy.

This comes in a big heavy box as a flat-pack item. It's heavy because the individual main sections are made of laminated hardboard or similar with a grey plastic woodgrain finish. This makes for a slightly clinical appearance whereas quite a lot of cat towers are covered in fluffy material. The upside is that it is very easy to clean and is extremely sturdy and will probably last a lot longer than some. My two cats are pretty large and heavy and they haven't been able to tip it over or even make it wobble. There is a cushion (washable) that goes inside the box part and another with velcro fixings that sits on the main shelf. Easily removable so, again, all very easy to clean. There is a detachable soft ball on an elastic thread that fixes under the top perch - fun to chase! - and very sensibly it comes with a spare one for when the first one gets mangled. The whole thing is very easy to assemble with clear pictorial instructions and a list of parts as well as a screwdriver and allen key. Hard-wearing and sturdy.

Best cat tree I have ever had (and had many). Sturdy, looks great, easy to assemble and my 2 cats not been off it.

My cat absoluely loves this. It gives him security as he's off the ground but it doesn't take up a massive amount of space. He curls up on the top shelf, sits on the main shelf and occasionally goes into the box. I've even seen my other cat on it (high praise as he never usually bothers with this sort of stuff). It's a good height and size without dominating my relatively small lounge/diner.

Ich schreibe eher selten Rezensionen, für diesen Kratzbaum tue ich das aber gerne, da Stand heute einfach alles stimmt. Die Lieferung kam überpünktlich und gut verpackt an. Der Aufbau ist dank einer exzellenten Anleitung (link zu youtube mittels Scan) ein Kinderspiel. Erwähnenswert ist das mitgelieferte Werkzeug in Form eines Schraubendrehers. Zusatzschrauben und ein Ersatzspielzeug für die Fellnase waren ebenfalls im Set enthalten. Der Kratzbaum selbst macht einen hochwertigen und stabilen Eindruck und steht sicher. Die Sisalsäulen sind dick umwickelt und dürften eine Weile halten (der Langzeittest steht noch aus). Optisch ist das Teil ein Hingucker und hebt sich angenehm von den üblichen Plüschmonstren ab. Ich würde ihn wieder bestellen, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Einen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag habe ich: die Schrauben in der Bodenplatte können bei Parkettböden mglw. Kratzer verursachen. Ich habe sie daher mit Filzgleitern versehen.
