It depends which CONAX your operator is using. If it's a newer version CONAX, the receiver has two CI+ slots at the back. If your provider offers CAM modules (most of the new smart TVs use them), ask for one and plug it at the back of the receiver.

Yes it has 2 sat tuners so you can use with a dish. so you can watch one programme and record another as long as you have two feeds from your dish and a hard drive fitted to record with. The hard drive just slots into the back of the zgemma
