Very good basic keyboard which was just what I wanted.
I was having problems with my computer not functioning correctly. I realized my keyboard was actually pretty old, so I bout this new one, and it works great, and so does the computer! I'm a music producer of avant-garde electronic music so I use my computer a lot.

Very clean and functions well
Very clean and functions well. Frankly, it looks brand new. I bought this to access my new MAC to set it up until my wireless keyboard would work. I will keep this keyboard a spare once finished. I can recommend this supplier.

Presentation isn't the best, but the keyboard is crisp, clean, well-lettered, fully functional
What the headline says. The keyboard arrived in a bit of an overtaped box, and the interior box holding the keyboard indicated it was obviously a renovated keyboard, as that keyboard box had label areas and overtaped edges, etc. When I saw all this, I had misgivings, but when I actually got to the keyboard and pulled it from its plastic sleeve, I found it to be clean, crisp, well-lettered and, after installing, as far as I can tell, fully functional.Hey, if you're a dinosaur running dinosaur systems, you are happy to get stuff like this!Overall evaluation: Really Good Value for the Money.

My go to keyboard...
I go through a lot of keyboards. I use them heavily and have for decades. I've begun to expect to replace them. This model has become my go to and I typically keep one or two of these unboxed on a shelf for when anyone in my household suddenly needs a keyboard for whatever reason. I usually will grab one of them after two or more years not because they stop working but usually by then I've begun to rub any indicators for what the keys are off of them. The keyboard I am typing on the A, and S key are just black keys now with no A, or S indicator. C is nearly gone and several others parts of the letter are fading and are gone yet functionally the keyboard is still working great. For the price I still haven't found any keyboards I like more. I like them more than the Amazon Basics keyboards. I didn't care for those that much. I don't like how they feel when I type. One caveat. I've been using computers since the early 1980s extensively. I've used some really bad keyboards. It honestly doesn't take a lot to please me. Reliability, feel, and cost tend to be the main factors. At the moment these Logitech keyboards are my go to model. Don't expect anything fancy from them though. They just work. They are an affordable workhorse keyboard.

Keyboard layout is NOT the same as shown in photo and on prior K120 keyboards!
Bought two to replace my older Logitech K120 keyboard. First time I tried it, I realized instead of shift, it was adding a strange character. In closer inspection, the original, (AND the one shown in the Amazon photo), has a large Shift key on the left side. The ones I received have a small shift key on the far left, and where the wide key used to be is now a different character. And it doesn't even actually type that character, but enters something really strange, so the mapping is incorrect as well. Totally unusable. Returning both.

STANDARD layout
As a software developer, it's important that keys be in the "right" place, and the right size/shape - especially modifier keys, backspace, and Enter. After a few frustrating days in the office messing around with the different keyboards they had, which for some odd reason always had one oddity - one oversized or undersized key, etc., I decided to just buy one with a "standard" layout myself. This one fits the bill perfectly, and is priced right since I was paying out-of-pocket for a keyboard that I only used while in-office (maybe once a month). Also, I went for the wired one, since wireless devices don't do so well where I work. So, if you're a developer, or anyone looking for a wired keyboard with a 100% standard layout - this is what you're looking for.
