They are a bit stronger than the original springs but I can use them. I'm sure they will stretch out the more I use them, Thank you very much for having them.

The springs are NOT regular strength. They are much stronger than the springs that came with the chair.

I've had my chair for 3 years and use it about 4 times a week for 30 minutes each. I'm 5'5" 115 lbs. The chair is great for toning however I find I'm replacing the springs EVERY 30 DAYS because one breaks. I rationalized it to myself it's a dollar a day. When I read some people are getting 6 months from a set I wonder what's going on. Why can't you make long lasting spring ??? If Susan Lucci knew about this my guess is she'd remove her name from the brand. Please for heaven's sake DO SOMETHING to make this right. Or maybe I'm the stupid one for sticking with this piece of equipment............

I used it to replace the broken spring in my Malibu Pilates exercise bench

Work on close hooks of of my pro-form pilates chair. A bit less flexible than expected so it takes more strength to move pedals but good enough. The fabric resistance bands that came with my chair were too low in resistance after a few months. Keeping them- maybe they will slightly loosen or I will get very strong.

The spring on my chair broke and I found the replacement on Amazon. It arrived quickly and my husband put it in very easily. Whoo-hoo!

springs were needed to let my wife get back to her regular excersize program.they are working great.

Very difficult to put on and it was not as strong as the original one that I replaced it with. However, better than nothing and I'm thankful I had an option to purchase one. It's a workout taking it off and on though.
