These ice wraps are the perfect solution. They are made with a durable yet flexible plastic and the size is just right for lower back pain or following shoulder surgery - pretty much everywhere on your body! I also like that they came in a 2-pack so that you can change it out and have a cold one to use at all times. These are really a necessity and sure beat using ice cubes in a ziplock bag!

After receiving these, I thought these would be too flimsy; however, they were perfect to ice my shoulder after surgery. I wrapped each in a tea towel before placing across the sore area. They weren't too heavy and a good size to place length front to back.

It's ant ice pack so their functionality is pretty good but they are very large and the edges are very sharp. It works normally but it should be wrapped in something soft or made with softer edges for what it is advertised for. I wrapped a pad around the outside of this before using it in order to make the edges soft and not dig into an area that was already very sore.

I’ve had these types before and love them. My old ones leaked the blue goo (they were a different brand but they were OLD and overused anyway) These are big enough for almost any use and if not, just add another. They freeze cold and are flexible, the outside plastic seal is strong, yet pliable. However, the plastic sealed bag on the OUTSIDE should come off before use 😂 I left the plastic on thinking that was the ice pack itself-took me a few uses to realize bc they were still frozen and works well! They just aren’t as pliable inside the packaging 😄 but if you keep the plastic sleeve, it seals so u can repack the ice pack so it doesn’t get damaged 👌🏼

these ice wraps were very effective. They are a nice size and stay cold for a long time. I had foot surgery and I used them under my knee recommended by my doctor. I would definitely buy again.

Great coverage; stays nicely cold which really helps with swelling and pain. Length helps with flexibility and wrapping around knees.

Works great, only gave three stars because there was no outer packing and one of the ice packs has a small hole and leaks on one corner but the other one works great and just what we needed. Freezes well and is still flexible.

Best comfort after a surgical procedure. Would recommend, if it could be needed.

These are great! Good length.... Ive only used them cold so far but they work very good!

Still too rigid when frozen. Doesn't feel good on an injury until it starts to thaw.
