Product not upto the mark.... Got 2 lights instead of 4 lights as promised while ordering
Gifted someone this product.... The product is not up to the mark.... Amazon is such a wonderful platform for shopping... This kind of products delivery are tampering the goodwill of Amazon.....The product when purchased shown 4 led lights but when received it has only 2 lights....Cant return as the package is already being opened by the gift receiver....I hope we will not be disappointed with any purchase in future....

Good to go in this rate
Looks beautiful. Deducted one star as I believe light should be 4 instead of two for proper distribution of rays. Brightness is bit less with two less.

Not satisfied candlier.
We are not satisfied to this product because you shown 8 lights in 2 rows & 40 crystals but I have received the product which has only 2 lights & 21 This is adverse reputation to Amazon product.

Amazing i loved it.
This is great after fixing it. Only u need to be careful while fixing all parts. One star less given coz few Hooks of hanging crystal are poor while fixing it's breaking. But still we can fix it.

Crystal balls are good but the horizontal strings are not made of glass or crystal they are kind of plastic otherwise light is just ok

Slight defect in the product
Few crystal balls were released from the loop and 2 of the strings were torn... had to do some extra work to get it fixed.. Looks beautiful after installation but product quality and packing should be made a little better

Awesome. 10 stars. Nicely crafted. Looks wonderful. Dynamic and better than photos can show. Easy to fix if you have home tool kit like the bosch one. The seller is kind enough to send me some spares. He took a nice feedback. A product of excellence. Must buy if you have a drawing hall.

Not bad...
I have ordered for l8.6" chandelier which is having 4 led s they have provided me l8.5" chandelier which have 2 LEDs only.so have I decided to return the product...
