Most affordable SDI night vision camera out there
Using this camera as a FOH camera in a theatre where low light vision and an SDI interface are important and I LOVE it! Shows plenty of detail in even the darkest of scenes. Perfect.

Night Color
What first got my attention to this camera was the night color images. So far ( I just got these ) the video quality is good. I wish there was a way to zoom out the picture some. The field of vision mind you is OK. Just remember that the field of view is not changeable. It might limit your ability to place these cameras. The focus adjustment appears to be electronic on screen menu. It comes with limited instructions. My DVR is older model. I have to use camera composite video output. My recorder can’t handle HD, TVI, and such. If you’re not familiar with video cameras, you’ll probably have to Google for terms like WDR definition and so on. It comes with an Allen wrench to tighten position mount screws. If you lose it, be advised that it is METRIC. 2.5 mm size I think. Camera base mounting screws need to be #6 if you don’t use the ones included in box. If you set everything up at the recorder, then you can just power down and go mount it. I don’t believe it says so but power input is 12 VDC. Male power plug NOT included. It’s made in China according to label on box. The picture has about same resolution as my older IR cameras that have a 1/3 CMOS chipset in them as a comparison. Composite BNC video cable and a two conductor for power is needed. No wireless capability that I see. Contact the manufacturer if you have any other questions. The night vision video is not very bright. Evidently the camera needs some form of back lighting. It doesn’t work well in “ total” darkness. Folks better take this into consideration.

REPEATEDLY: Get someone who knows what they are doing for technical support( you are on your own)
I have sent you a great deal of information about the problems with your cameras and my DVR security system. The DVDR is programed and camera is also programed this is at the heart of the problem. You were going to contact the engineers to address the problem and never did. I plug the camera in I rebooted the camera for the camera to sync. I did not get the camera to sync after reboot . The camera does not maintain connective at all phases of set up. I never had this problem with any old still working cameras except these new cameras. The problem is unchanged since the beginning of my 1st contact with you. MY Old HD SDI is a working camera are still working from plug in through rebooting they identify. Your cameras identify then drop during boot sequence fail to sync during set up phase. And drop out of the display all my working old camera are showing. You are not acknowledging that the instructions you have provided are not correct. I do not use the black cable I use the green cable it is for HD SDI only. The black cable is used for other camera formats not for HD SDI. You have not process what I have said and you have not gotten the experts involved. The cameras are HD SDI only when using HS SDI green BCN plug connecting this camera to a DVR which has an SDI motherboard shot automatically recognized the camera during the when booting the DVR. The DVR is recognizing the camera when its 1st connected. then it the boot cycle the camera is not recognized and no picture. Hook the camera up turn on the DVR boot process drops the signal and it does not appear in the monitor rafter the boot cycle. The six EVERSECU HD-SDI/TVI/AHD/CVI/960H cameras are replacements to the Eclipse cameras which are HD SDI. The Eclipse DVR has been checked out and is working. I sent many words and picture of the equipment and problem. When I write my Amazon feedback I will include the ineffective Technical support, products problems . These are questions you have asked me you had all of this information and have done nothing to help me solve this problem. Question you asked me. Does all 6pcs cameras not work with the eclipse DVR? Answer: No 3 of the 6 camera Question: Does your eclipse DVR support 1080p HD-SDI Camera? which video output did you connect the camera to the DVR? Answer: yes see spec. Question: the camera has 3 video outputs, which video output did you connect the camera to the DVR? Answer: The Camera has 2 Video output one green and one black DVR? This question has nothing to do with EVERSECU HD-SDI/TVI/AHD/CVI/960H. This was and endless and non value added exchange. Save you money. I had to get support from outside technical. They never remained connected after booting.

nnice camera
I have two camera systems that I wanted to update with newer cameras. The cameras are metal housing which I like, but the adjust screws structural integrity for their specific purposeI installed my cameras at home number one and the daytime picture quality is very good. Night vision is somewhat mixed. with adequate ambient light they are great, but my old cameras and old less spec quality did a much better black and white night view than the new onesInterestingly I have a 5 year old recorder box on the second home. The picture quality is noticeably not as clear as my first home. The garage camera can't see at all at night. I had to add a night lightHaving said that I do like and recommend this camera. The vendor is quick to respond to my needs. On the down side stock is limited and I can't get them to fill my order. I had to order a more expensive and higher quality Lorex to finish my one house needs. I really don't like splitting these up. This my just be another Covid supply chain issue but probably would not reorder, just because of non availability

this was the only SDI reasonable camera available and it works
I still have a surveillance camera system that requires SDI cameras at work. This is all I could find for a simple replacement when the cameras started to fail. These are pretty cheap quality; you can't adjust the brightness, for example. And the brightness is so bleached, on a snowy winter day, the screen will literally be white, you'll see nothing. But in shade, late in the day, and night, it works fine.
