All About Weather: A First Weather Book for Kids (The All About Picture Book Series)

This is such a great book for teaching little ones about weather! It covers seasons, different types of weather, and even touches on how to stay safe during things like thunderstorms in a simple, easy-to-understand way. My toddler really enjoys it and it’s become one of our regular reads. The illustrations are bright and engaging, which keeps her interested the whole time. We love this book and would definitely recommend it for young kids learning about weather!

This is such a cute book about weather. My son loves all the pictures and I enjoy all the information it provides about weather while also being at a kids level reading-wise.

I'm really excited to read this book with my son! I loved science books, especially books about weather, as a kid. This book is kind of unique in that it is a mix between a good informational, science book (only without the real-life images) and a cute, fun kids book with colorful, playful illustrations. I like that even on the pages with minimal words, there are still many interesting illustrations to talk about. For example, the pages with the sun, partly covered sun, clouds, rainbow, snow, etc gives the opportunity to point and talk about the differences. I noticed that ours doesn't have the bright yellow pages inside the front and back covers like one of the reviews. I'm not sure if ours is a misprint or if that's just an intentional variation for some reason. I went back to check the price and I am in disbelief that I only paid $3.38!!! for this book and the list price is only $5.99!! I don't know why it's so low but what a steal!! Definitely get it!

I love this book so much!! I ordered it originally to get overnight delivery so it was a suggested add to the order, and it ended up being the cutest book! We have 3 frenchies so I love that the artist drew one into the pictures. My daughter (2.5) regularly talks about the weather now!

This book will be great for my special needs class! Short sentences and basic wording was exactly what I was looking for. My only small complaint is with this page and where the equator line is drawn- it is very off from where it should be. Will my students notice? Probably not, but it sticks out to me every time I read this page.

Brought a bunch of these to give to students for their birthdays this year. Vibrant colors, beautifully illuatrated, love the diversity of characters, GOOD topic ( weather, seasons, etc.) USEFUL information for young kids, GREAT PRICE, good sized book for the price, I am VERY pleased with this purchase. Arrived on time, packaged well. I'm sure the hardcovered book is even more wonderful. Buy these!!

I buy books for kids in the foster care system at the holidays. I just bought these and sent them on so I’m not sure how they enjoyed them. They were really cute books though and I’m glad I could get something that was both fun to look at and educational.
