Very fine flour
As I am using ìt, when I make sourdough bread it is used in the banneton to avoid sticking,I don't know what it tastes like. The point of using rice flour is so there is no flavouring of the bread.

Good flour
I bought this as I’m trying to stop using wheat flour and this is really good for making dumplings. Small bag though, I was expecting it to be a bit bigger.
