I had major knee surgery over 5 years ago, and the pain was getting worse year after year. After doing some research, I decided I wanted to try and control the pain using natural ingredients. Got this in hopes that it would help with the lack of mobility in my knees and hips. Since I've began using it I've noticed that I feel far less tension and far more loose in those areas. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I was expecting this to be another swallow the pill but no help. Actually it helps ALOT. I woke up this a.m. and easily got out of bed and walked comfortably to the bathroom.
