I love my table and chairs- initially there was a slight problem with the order but the firm was quick to respond and sorted it out keeping me up to date with what was happening- thank you!

Apart from the struggle to assemble this set (you need child size hands to fit into tight corners) this set is beautiful. The seats are very comfortable and the table quite sturdy. The overall look I feel is quite stunning and I am delighted with it. A bonus is that it arrived well before the date expected although in two separate deliveries.

Set looks nice, initially very happy, assembly not as difficult as others have made it out to be...Problem is after just one summer the wood has started to curl up and warp.The polyratten is indeed weatherproof but unfortunately the frame isn't, frame is just thin, tack welded mild steel which inevitably will rust, was hoping on purchase they'd have perhaps used aluminium or bare minimum galvanized steel.It is comfortable however and despite the misshapen wood and still looks great.I now have a cover to put over it, hopefully it will last longer.

The product is very easy to assemble, sturdy and comfortable. Only a few bolts were hard to fix. Customer service was very good in handling queries

We liked the look and was really pleased with it apart from one of the chairs had a fault but we accepted suppliers discount we have used it a lot eating outside

Just don't buy it.Yes we are in a difficult situation but emails go round and round you get nothing but automated messages. Filli. G a second A to Z claim.Product arrived in two separate deliveries on separate days package well might as well not of boxed no wrapping to protect very little tape to fasten it just a box an open box 2 chairs damaged not surprising put the table together that was OK got the next chair made bit fiddly but OK then the other 5, now all the chairs have pre drilled holes in for you to just screw together.. Except all my chairs only have them on 1 side so how you supposed to put the other side together..Disgusting no offer of replacement or refund just constant automated emails.I have given a 1 purely because you can't give 0.

This product is stunning when built and was delivered very promptly.The only downside is assembling this product some of the metal had to be bent using a screwdriver so they would slot together.

The actual set is very nice to look at,a well build table and chairs. The assemblage is very feedly. It took us about 3days to do it. Also we had three different deliveries within 2 days.
