Simple to use and appears fairly accurate
We have seen this unit work well in our environment. We are checking the water activity (Wa) of freeze dried fruits and other produce. When we test then extend the dry cycle we see the water activity coming down I.E starts a .49Wa then goes down to .14Wa after a few more hours drying. Super valuable to our food safety program. Knowing the Wa value helps us to extend the viability of our shelf life by ensuring we are very low Wa to begin with.
