There is a small lip in the middle. Put that on the bottom and install bottom first and use a small screw driver to press down the tabs on the top left and right. +1 if the tip helps you

Works as advertised
I got this to replace the plug that fell out in my corvette and the plug snapped into place and works great. There is not much more to say about it, but it does what it is supposed to do.

If you have three holes right behind your door handles this will take care of the problem, and all you do is pop it in
This totally fixed the three holes I had on the underside of each door handle. I have no idea why this is even missing from the car that I bought, but it took care of the problem and now it looks awesome
