Good tea to take in the evenings because it helps to relax and calm down. But I've noticed that one bag doesn't give enough flavor so I put two bags!

I do not care for the taste of Sleepytime tea but drink it anyway for the slight calming effect it gives. I bought this on a whim and I am glad I did. Not only does it taste good, it actually makes me able to sleep. I looked up the ingredients in both teas and Nightly Calm has all the major players in the sleep game whereas Sleepytime does not.

Calming tea. Very good flavor.

I fall asleep sooner if I drink this tea an hour or so before bedtime. Good flavor.

My favorite tea. The order arrived when it said it would, only problem that they were shipped in a bag and not a box... they were crushed which was very disappointing

One or two cups before bed REALLY helps me sleep. I let it steep about 5 minutes. I find it works better than other teas.

This tea makes you crave drinking it! I have introduced it to friends and family and they ran out to buy it! I put one tea bag in a mug, use my sweetener, and a tiny bit of fresh lemon. WOW. You have to try it. Can't go to bed without it.

Good tea... use honey to sweeten
