Swiss Classic Tomato and Table Knife Set for Everyday Family Dining Serrated Blade in Black, Set of 6

I had already been using Victorinox Swiss Classic Tomato knives for years for slicing veggies, hard-boiled eggs, etc. But when I was buying more to replace other old knives in my kitchen, I decided to go all-in on Victorinox for the long-lasting sharpness, and how well it particularly sliced tomatoes with ease. It epitomizes the old saying "Like a hot knife through butter". When cruising the selection on Amazon, I found this set and included it in my order. I have to say these have become my favorite shape of all the Victorinox. My husband raved about them the first time I set the table for our weekly steak dinner, and he took his first slice. He is still raving about their versatility, quality, sturdiness, and ease of handling. Victorinox comes in different colors in this blade shape. The thing I like best is that a sharp knife is a safe knife! The handle is comfortable and lightly textured, and the whole knife is easy to hand wash. Great knife for the price - great value!

I purchased a set of these knives and I will tell you they are the sharpest knives I have ever used. Be very careful. They are great for slicing vegetables, steaks, carrots, you name it. Excellent quality and dishwasher safe.

Great quality knives. Very sharp...be careful during use and be sure to store "handle up" in utensil caddy after washing. Good for everyday use. Good value for the money. Would buy again.

very good product. It’s the one I reached for whenever I want to cut vegetables. The serrated blade stays sharp. I use it for cutting vegetables and also for steak knives so it’s double duty.

These are great daily or work knives. They can take serious abuse, trips thru the dishwasher, and still cut tomatoes like butter.

These are sharp and thin, and slice veggies and fruits with ease. Useful for cutting avocados in their skins, as the tip is rounded and doesn't slice through the skin. Serrated knives are very convenient because you dont have to sharpen them. I have small hands and like to use a smaller knife, and light weight, which these are. Definitely worth the price! I was surprised how many knives fit in the little box they came in. I bought these to replace another knife set of thin serrated knives I had for over a decade and loved. Recently, those began to break, so these were a great replacement. Because of their thinness, I wouldn't recommend using them to cut through something dense, or frozen, I worry they might break (that's how I ended up breaking some of the previous set of the other brand of knives, and these are even thinner than those were). It hasn't broken yet, of course. Also, they are not good for opening bags or boxes with, as I used to do with the other knives I had which had a sharp tip. Because you can't use the rounded tip to cut it, somehow I've accidentally cut through my fignernails instead a few times. I'll just have to buy the sharp tipped version for that ! (I have scissors, I just prefer to use a knife for food packages). I didn't have the issue other people mention of the back of the knife blade being too sharp or cutting my hand. I do have a tendency to choke up on the handle, or place a guiding finger over the top of the blade. These also appear to be genuine.

For many years, this is my only knife for all purposes and we buy for my relatives back home as gifts. I would very strongly recommend!longer life, never been its brioekn i have used multiple knives from same brand..all equally quality !

Das Victorinox Swiss Classic Set bietet eine hervorragende Leistung zu einem fairen Preis. Die Schärfe ist in dieser Preisklasse ungeschlagen. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

Good sharp knife. Better than similar knives. A little pricey but worth it.

Attention, neufs, ils coupent très fort ! 🩸 Usage quotidien, pour manger, tartiner.. Compatible lavage au lave-vaisselle mais je constate une légère décoloration des manches en plastique.
