Excellent product
I discovered the Berta flat irons in my local gym two years ago. They left my hair smooth, shiny, looking very healthy. After taking some photos, I finally ordered this one: the best purchase I could do. I got compliments about my hair from my coworkers. I highly recommend this brand.

No good anymore
This used to be my favorite brand of tools. I bought the hair dryer as well just because I loved my straightener. I bought a new straightener because it was time...the product is NOT the same as it used to be. I turn it all the way up and it still doesn't straighten my hair. I've never had to turn it all the way up.

Best flat iron ever
My mom bought this for me in high school and it lasted for 6 years of almost daily use before it died. I bought another flat iron of similar price and hated it - it made my hair smell like it was burned and was clunky. So, I went back to my trusty old flat iron and reordered this Berta. I’m glad I did! My hair isn’t damaged by it (and I don’t use any heat protectant ever) and it always looks smooth and silky.
