Used to use one of those bulky mouth guards then my daughter told me about this. Game changer!Not sure if your suppose to use it as a nighttime mouthgaurd, but I am and are not going back!

I see lots of complaints about molding but we just went slow with it. If there was an issue we dipped that area back in and started over. Red the instructions! I thought they were pretty clear, not really sure how people had ones that melted or broke.My daughter played ice hockey and would never keep a mouth guard in. We've finally found one she loves!

It's so easy to talk with this and doesn't make my mouth feel gross afterwards. It took a little bit to mold to my mouth, so definitely give yourself a few minutes. It is durable enough that even though I messed up quite a few times, it was easy to redo. Highly recommend

I wear it every time I play sports..it's light and unobtrusive in the mouth. So you wear it unlike the thick ones. My lips close..when I get hit in face or jaw it dramatically reduced tmj pain..this protects teeth well. Easy to make it. Don't play without one.

I was hoping for more lime colored.

Super but protective, great for talking. My daughter loved using it during her lacrosse game. Definitely recommend!

My son has one and I like the non bulky design. The only thing I didn't like was I ordered blue and received a pink. It's a non returnable item.

I LOVE this thing. I got it fit on the first try I set the temprature of the water to 167 by heating water in a pot and using a thermometer. Otherwise its the temp right before a simmer. If you don't have a thermometre and are doing it by eye i suggest only submerging for 30 seconds. I did 167 degrees for 45 seconds. I kept it in my mouth as I shaped it to my teeth for 4 minutes. After which I drank some cold water to make extra sure it was set. Even comes with a case if you clean the plastic it came in ! I use it for MMA. I have used this mouth guard for about 1.5 weeks. The initial molding process was very easy (and can apparently be re-molded up to 20 times). It has a very comfortable fit and is hardly noticeable. I did experience cotton mouth the first time I put it in but the times after that haven't been too bad. I do feel my mouth getting drier with the mouthguard in (compared to without), but realistically I think that'll be the case no matter which guard I use. Still very happy with this purchase

A bit more expensive, but very comfortable. Has been refitted a couple of times and still works.

This may be a good mouth guard if you can get it to fit ok. I found it to be too narrow to fit my teeth. Couldn't get it to fit despite numerous attempts. A waste of time and money.

I bought this to wear whilst playing rugby. Once I managed to figure out how to get the right mold- it is fantastic! I think you have to get the water temperature just right to get a good mould- not too hot but hot enough for it to be super flexible . Luckily you can re mould so definitely worth trying a few times to get the perfect fit. once you get it right it's super comfortable to wear whilst still feeling protective
