This drill is a beast. The two speed function is always a great feature, which delivers plenty of torque. Obviously the cordless aspect makes it easier to get in and out of tight spaces. I have only one regret. I regret that I didn’t purchase this tool years ago.

AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS ABOUT WHICH BATTERY TO PURCHASE I WENT A HEAD AND PURCHASED TWO 6.0AH HIGH OUTPUT BATTERIES TO GET THE MOST OUT OF MY DRILL.

Our team has loved the milwuakee hole hawgs over the years, corded or battery. A big issue we ran into when drilling out full new homes to run wiring, was the auger bit getting stuck in multiple studs put together, and going up through large LVL beams. The ability to put this thing into low gear eliminates this entirely, though it is a heavy unit

Makes hole bit drilling a breeze

Im a plumber and I hate using cords so this is amazing for drilling 4” holes and lower. On 4 in holes is can use some major battery so I recommend getting the 12v battery

Works great, make sure you get the 8.0 battery. Does not work well with smaller batteries.
