Directions HOW TO WASH Hand wash only Before Initial use Wipe down the neoprene Thigh Trimmers with a damp cloth. Use a clean cloth to dry off Thigh Trimmers or air-dry overnight. After Exercise Lather a damp cloth with soap and run down inside of Thigh Trimmers several times. Use a clean cloth to dry and air-dry overnight. Then, rinse the cloth and wipe down again until there are no soapy streaks left. Use a clean cloth to dry or air-dry overnight. HOW TO WEAR The Fitru Thigh Trimmers should only be worn during exercise for no more than 2-3 hrs at a time. Before you begin exercising, adjust your Thigh Trimmers to desired position and wrap it comfortably around your thighs. I already see a significant difference in my thighs after less than two weeks of wearing (I do cardio 5 days a week). **update June 14, 2023** Have had these xl’s for almost a month and my thighs are visibly smaller and my pants are not as tight in the thigh area. My thighs no longer touch when pedaling or standing. Recently I noticed when wearing shorts, after 45 minutes on the bike they start to slip to my knees. So until I order a smaller size I will wear leggings.
