Iced Plum by Soultree is one of the best they have.Why I like this shade - ICED PLUM:COLOURThe colour is decent. While Iced Plum may not be an appropriate name to the lipstick, it still works for me. This lipstick is dark maroon with a hint of pink. Overall a subtle shade and doesn't really stand out, which is why I like it. The only downside is that it has a little metallic finish/shimmer. Would work better without.STAYING POWERYou need to apply at least two strokes to actually get the color onto your lips. The color is not absorbed and doesn't stain your lips. If you touch or lick your lips, the color fades off. This is actually good, because no organic product would have a long staying power. You will have to keep reapplying through the day.TEXTUREI personally like the texture, it glides smoothly and doesn't feel thick, blotchy, oily or even like you have something on your lips. The bullet is fragile and needs to be handled with care.FRAGRANCEThe smell is mild and pleasant. The lipstick smells of rose petals and doesn't feel synthetic. I am very sensitive to artificial fragrances in lipsticks.CONTENTLipsticks are one of the cosmetics that you really need to pay attention to, as most people ingest them unknowingly and all the time. Soulrree claims that their lipsticks are Ayurvedic and free of mineral oil, lead, carmine and artificial colours. The claims appear to be true for the reasons I mentioned above - staying power, texture, smell and colour.PACKAGINGThe packaging is decent, but not over the top. Be careful not to drop the lipstick, or you could damage both the bullet and the case.PRICINGThe price of Rs. 550/- is way too high and the product is not really worth it. The only reason I purchased these lipsticks at a high price is that they are organic, claim to be free of chemicals and are not harmful.SIDE NOTEI have bought a lot of shades by Soultree and I find ICED PLUM the best.Sunshine and Deep Blush are a mix of orange and pink, where the orange stands out. They also have a lot of shimmer in them, which I do not like.True Brick is worthy of its name, it is actually brick color. A deep red to brown shade. It has no shimmer or metallic finish.Rich Earth is a darker version of True Brick, closer to red.Wild Honey is a dark and deep maroon.Glowing Violet neither glows, nor is it a violet. It just a dark shade, close to Wild Honey.Candy Floss is just a very dull shade of pink.Most of Soultree lipsticks are in the same shades almost, with slight variations and fancy names. Iced Plum is the only shade I'm happy with. I purchased two more for my sisters too. It's been almost a month I am using it ... apart from the fact that color is pretty, this lipstick does as it says ... it has reduced pigmentation from my lips which was caused by other long lasting lipsticks... I thought this lipstick might not stay long but it does that too (I have to reapply after food).. I am in love with this and will order more!! Recommended all my friends and recommending you all as well! Just go for it !

Shade is good but the texture isn't good. It makes lips dry and looks pigmented. Having been said organic product, the quality should have been better in keeping the lips moist but then it's otherwise. So disappointed

I had awful chapped lip. I thought it is health problem but it was the chemical reaction of the previous lip stick.... Since I changed to Soul tree ayurvedic lipstick my bloody chapped lips are healed straight away. I wish I knew this product from before.....Rose fragrance is really great and cocoa rich colour is exactly what I was expected.Very happy with the product.

I have used it today only although colour is very light,but it suits my skin and lip colour...seems ayurvedic...does not give any synthetic fragrance like other lipstick brand I earlier used like colorbar and lotus herbal...must give it a try...however there is some problem with lipstick stick...as lipstick bar is not fixed into lipstick jar..it is loose...hv to use it very carefully so that it does not break...soultree plz fix this problem

Very fine quality lipstick! I gifted it to my mother who loves it. She likes the subtle orange tone in it that goes quite well with fair to very fair skin tones. The colour will suit most ages though thanks to its neutral shade. It stays for 4-5 hours but you have to reapply it after food/drinks.We’ve used organic lipsticks bought from Europe before and this one’s quality supercedes some of them. It actually smells much nicer with a faint rose fragrance. I’m quite pleased to have discovered an organic lipstick brand from India whose claims match their quality.Also, the best way to avoid breakage of this lipstick (since organic lead-free formulas are soft) is to put it immediately in the fridge after each use. All of my mother’s organic lipsticks are intact thanks to this trick.

I was so excited to see the organic lipstick tag, thought this would be better than the rest quality wise. I've read many bad reviews but I thought since it's a new shade maybe it won't be as sheer or brittle. The packaging is very sleek and beautiful but the shade is totally different from the shade card. It's a sheer, earthy pink nude colour, nowhere near raspberry. The pigmentation is so light, it feels like a tinted lip balm or stain at best. It's very hydrating though. But it works just as baby lips, no different! The color disappears in 2 hrs max and the bullet broke as I tried to pile two swipes on my lips! I've never broken a lipstick bullet with single use. I'm giving 2 stars because I'll use it as a lip balm. Go for other shades or better other brand for organic lipsticks.

I am a big fan of Soultree products. Have been using different other products by Soultree brand. I saw the candy floss lipstick image shown on Amazon and ordered this. I was quite surprised to see the candy floss image shown on site is not the actual picture. The first time such an issue occurred while shopping for Soultree products. They should update the picture as it can mislead the buyers. Since I used it, I'm stuck with it. The quality is good but because this was not the color expected(doesn't suit me much) it's lying useless. Can't return it as I tried it once. Not a good buy cuz of the color. But giving three stars for the quality and customer help.

I am very happy with this product. I use balm as a base, then I use the lipstick on the top of it.The effect is amazing: soft and smooth.I was looking for the natural lipstick and made my choice with ayurvedic stuff.I recommend it to those, who looks for natural ingredients in cosmetics.

Good consistency, colour and seems safe.

Great product

I got True Brick colour, I love the colour. It gives great comfort! Leaves the lip soft and hydrated.Have very pleasant light smell.
