Pick Salami Authentic Szeged, Hungarian Dry Aged Mould Coated Sausage approx 2lb

I was a little skeptical about the mold on the casing because I haven't seen that in years as all Pick salami around here was only available in the plastic casing. Those are OK but no comparison. I was pleasantly surprised when opening the package, the natural casing and the mold was all there. The flavor took me back to the good old days when special foods like this was still available in its original form. Took great restraint not to completely pig out on it. :). Needless to say, it will be ordered again

This product very good for sendviches use good quality bread, butter, and paprika with it. Also very good just eatWithout anything. The skin and the mold give you fantastic flavor, never buy it by slice without the skin, of course you don’t have to eat the skin the mold part I believe contain some penicillin , very good for you. The Hungarians bought this recipient hundreds of years age from Italian masters. Making it only in Hungary next to the Tisza River and the local micro climate plus some gentle smoke creating the mold and this excellent flavor.

It came quickly packed in temp control silver wrap. Salami like this doesn’t need to be kept cold, but it was protected against winter extremes.

Purchased this twice, but won’t be purchasing again. First time I received the item without issue. The second the item arrived after several weeks and the salami was spoiled. It didn’t even look good. I ate about 1/4 of the stick before realizing it was no good. Won’t buy again.

Arrived little bit late, but wrapped and packed well. One of my facorite salami so far. Worth of the money.

This is the original version from Szeged, Hungary. The taste is like what it tasted 50 years ago, when I was a kid, back in Hungary. The salami is fresh, well aged and easy to peal. I'll buy again from seller. It arrived in just 3 days, thank you for that too!

The real deal. Authentic Hungarian salami. This item has been out of stock for so long that it was a surprise that it's back. Unfortunately most vendors are out of stock and the ones who have stock have jacked up the prices.
