Oberhaus Premium 9-Inch Silicone Kitchen Tongs (Cherry Red)

I recently received my order from Amazon advertised as the Oberhaus Premium Silicone Kitchen Tongs, 9-inch, Non Stick (Green). When I received my tongs, they were sealed in a plastic bag which was all enclosed in a cardboard box. The tongs have a green silicone covering on the pickup points of the tongs. They are rigid enough to pick up anything that you are cooking. The silicone is great for protecting those non stick surfaces on a lot of cookware. I recently cooked a batch of fried pork chops and they worked great. There are two features that I really liked. First is the silicone on the handle. So many times I have had tongs slip out of my hand because there is a bit of oil on them from cooking. These have an excellent grip. It also helps insulate your hand if the steel happens to get hot while you are using it. The second thing that I actually love about the tongs is the ring on the hinge end of them. You hold the tongs closed, pull the ring, and the tongs stay locked closed. Push it back in and they open. No more fighting to get an open pair of tongs out of a drawer. No more putting a rubber band around them to keep them closed. If you are one who hangs your cookware from an overhead rack, the ring is perfect for hanging. These OBerhaus silicone tongs are definitely replacing my old set I have in my kitchen. These are absolutely great. I received this product at a discount, or free, for my unbiased testing and review. You won’t be disappointed with these great tongs.

These tongs are the best by far! I have bought many pairs over the years but these will be the last ones I buy unless I give them as gifts! They are so easy to handle and wash up in the dishwasher. An added bonus is they are the extra few inches I need to reach the top shelf of my cabinets! I use them as grabbers as much as I use them as tongs. The silicone grips well,making it easy to snag stuff off the top shelf! You will love these tongs, especially if your under 5'3''!

I absolutely love these tongs. They are durable and very sturdy. The silicone washes up easily. They are very grippy and will not scratch my non-stick surfaces. Excellent for use with my new Ninja Foodie

These are EXACTLY the same as the cheaper "Amazon's Choice" brand. They are both made in China.

Bought this to replace our cheap tongs we bought at a cheap store. This one hasn't failed us yet, even through multiple washesin the dishwasher. No complaints here.

I purchased these tongs for rotating bacon and other items in a hot skillet, so as to prevent scratching of my new pans by regular utensils. They work very well and are just the right size for this purpose. They also clean easily, although you might want to hand dry to avoid white spotting on the silicone. Overall, very pleased with the product.

Feels good. Silicone covered in the important places. The metal part at the ends that "grab" goes nearly to the tip to give you a stronger hold. I've seen some that leave about 3/4 inch of silicone that would not give it a strong grip.

The 9" is perfect size for my small hands. I like the scalloped ends. It is very sturdy does not look cheap. I definitely recommend.
