MVN Hip Bands - Exercise Resistance Bands for Legs and Butt Workouts, Non Slip Design

First of all this thing gets 5/5 stars no questions asked. I bought this one because it looked cooler than all the other hip circles but honestly this stretchy little circle has changed my life and my ass. I've been using it for two weeks, just doing squats with it on, and my thighs and my butt look insane! It's soft, stretchy, has a dope design, and never slips down or rolls like other ones I've tried. Pretty much every time I take this thing to the gym someone asks me where I got it, but its perfect because I don't even have to go to the gym to workout. Going to the park? Workout. Going to the office. Workout. Going on vacation? Workout. Staying home? Workout. I stopped doing any other butt and thigh workouts because nothing works like this. Seriously, I can't get enough of this thing.

I am super impressed with these bands!! I have had them for almost 2 weeks and these offer great resistance in many of the workouts I do at the gym and at home. I have not had any issues with them sliding around when I do squats or other movements, unlike other bands I have tried. The quality is far superior (can't emphasize that enough) and I love to pattern and colors. So many compliments when I use these! The logo is also a nice rubber which I prefer over the ones that have a stitched on the logo since the stitching always gets ratty after a while. Bottom line I am really glad that I took a chance and purchased these. Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new set of hip bands!

The MVN Hip Resistance Band is great! I am using it for my physiotherapy after my recent surgery and my husband uses it for resistance training in his workout circuits. It is high a quality and highly durable product and doesn’t take much space. My husband also likes that its surface is not rubber as rubber is not comfortable for exposure to hairy legs... I can also wash it easily because of the material.

Very good looking, but not nearly as much resistance as a few other brands that I have ordered from Amazon. I use these in my fitness studio. For a beginner exerciser, these would be good.

I had purchased a single resistance band that worked really well for some workouts but found if moving the band lower or higher to work glutes was not as effective for me. Having a set of varying sizes helps with this issue. Though some state the different band sizes should be used by certain body sizes/weights, I find that the different band sizes help to have a more complete workout.

Ordered these bands bc my trainer ordered me to use resistance bands in a stair master workout. I picked these bc I’m a sucker for a motivational carrying bag! I did my stairs using the M band and had no problem with it staying in place. They’re heavy duty and feel kinda like the fuzzy side of Velcro. I would recommend them to my fit friends and I would buy additional if MVN decides to make more resistance levels.

I love these bands. I had such a great workout yesterday with them. I managed to hit muscles that aren't the easiest to target. The resistance is enough. Quality sewn. Quality product.

Bands ar good construction but only the large size has proved usable. The two smaller sizes were unneccassary and Ivprobably could have gotten a better deal had I opted for the single band options available.
