after two days of taking it my feet started to hurt very badly ... I had to stop taking it and the pain disappeared... I threw it in the trash.

Took 3g worth which is what sports scientist recommend post workout. To have a noticable difference in body composition it takes 2-3 weeks to see results. Feeling-wise for soreness im not as tight and sore.Thing is. Every review on this item except mine cant be considered legit. They all have a review for the same Beet product or something. So its inflated hence the 4 stars. I might update this in a month. But im most likely gonna go to another brand. I dont like the dishonest reviews that were paid for by the seller

I have used HMB for several years now. It is a great product. My doctor had said if I could get through the first year with this I could probably forget surgery on my knee. It worked, I LOVE this product.
