Great question! Many of the ingredients in Great Skin Day have proanthocyanidins - particularly the grape seed extract, cranberry, and blueberries. We do not standardize Good Skin Day to the proanthocyanidin content, so in the same way that no two tomatoes look alike, the exact proanthocyanidin content of our natural ingredients also varies. However, our ingredients are rich in proanthocyanidin content and display many of the benefits attributed to proanthocyanidins.

My son, a sophomore in college has struggled with acne the last few years. With a slight uptick in better diet (hockey player already ate pretty well), he also started ora organic skin supplement. We added use of manuka honey.WHAT A HUGE GAME CHANGER!!! Thank you so much.
