Not good
Don’t purchase take forever to process 150$ rolling steamer is way better. So many issues and very touchy. I am at a year later and doesn’t work. If you purchase get the extra coverage

Lifespan
Steamer worked good for about year. Have had issues with since. Lights turn on but the bottons froze and wont activate the steam to start... Expensive for the short life span.

Do not buy this product! It does not work and they will do anything not to refund

Cost too much but has a short lifespan
This steamer cost too much to just stop working and it's the kettle part that doesn't work as the machine still turns on. I have a floor steamer that was $150 that gave me 10 good years and if I hadn't turned it on while it was bone dry it would still be working. This steamer gave me 2 1/2 years before it stopped working. I ordered a new canister as I realized that was the issue and it worked again for another maybe 20 days before it stopped working again. Also it is way too heavy and tore up my wall. I had to put a piece of thick wood to anchor it which solved that issue. It's a great steamer with a short lifeline if you plan on using it multiple times a day.
