Looks and is sturdy and practical. Holds a perfect amount of towels, easy to install too.

Just exactly what we were looking for in our remodeled bathroom. All hardware included and mounted easily. Smooth high end finish all over with clean weld points. Holds 4 total full size hanging towels on the bars and 2 more folded on the top shelf, (quad folded). Perfect to locate above a commode.

Installation guidelines could be better.

When assembled all parts are study. Even the smaller bars in the top shelf have only a little flex in them.I had two problems.1. The top most screw hole in the vertical mounting bracket that attaches to the wall is below the top shelf. The top shelf is a long enough lever that there's some wiggle downwards when putting weight on it. This is because it can flex the top of the wall bracket away from the wall. The top screw hole should be above the top shelf to prevent this.2. The top shelf is wider (maybe 1/4") than the other two, so the vertical wall brackets can't be truly vertical. You might not even notice, especially if you don't look at it head on. But if screwing into studs, make sure you're aligned with the center of the stud. I find this hard to tell with my stud finder.. I must have been slightly off stud center because one screw kept slanting heavily to the side, sliding off to the side of the stud.Also note that each shelf is multiple pieces, but pre-assembled for you. The cross bars on the shelves attach to the sides of the shelves with set screws.It's not clear if the screw caps will stay on long. It was very hard to keep the collars that they snap on to straight. I'd probably prefer visible screw heads that are flush to the mounting bracket to this solution now that I've seen it.

Just perfect! I use this in my laundry room as a drying rack!! It is sturdy and sooo useful to me! I had looked at flimsier fold down drying racks but this is super study! Hold several pieces of clothing at once also! Perfect!

We remodeled our bathroom and went with mat black fixtures. This was 1/10th the price of similar towel racks made by Price Fister and Koler, but looks even better than both of them.

Just finished a bathroom renovation and used all KES towel bars; also installed them in other bathrooms in my house. They're surprisingly good quality for the price and they look great.

Towel bar is decent except for the shelf. It would be better if the shelf had been a few inchedls deeper.

Heavy sturdy rack. Looks like a hotel rack. Very nice.

We liked the feature of being able to store and hang several towels.
