Q: I can’t hear the other party when they can hear me. What is wrong?

When you plug the jack into your device it deactivates your local speaker. The intended use is for two people in the same area so they hear each other normally (ears.) It will not work for a platform like Zoom since it turns off your local speaker.

Q: Return policy? I bought them in april and i can only hear static... I recorded a 30 minute important video ans have absolutely no sound just static.

Why didn’t you test them before the important video??????

Si claro que sirve para ese tipo de cámaras... los dos micrófonos se conectan a través de un cable conector doble que viene con el kit.

Q: I have a canon T3 1100D, what adaptor do I need?

I have a Canon Vixia HF-R600 and these mics don't work with my camera because they require a powered mic input.
