Works pretty well. Of course I want it to remove all the dark dirt from my tan suede purse, but it gets most of it.

Did not remove the stain on my new Ugg slippers.

Had a long ink mark on my sleeve. The Tacco eraser removed the ink completely, was easy to use and my jacket looked like new - no mark whatsoever. I love this product.

The product doesn't work well at all, and actually discolored my shoes. On top of that, it was a TERRIBLE value. First time I've felt ripped off ordering something on Amazon..

It did not remove a simple water stain on a chair. Don't buy it.
