Weights for people who hate weights
Let me be clear: I hate gyms. I have gym stuff in my garage —pull up bar, kettlebells, barbells and plates —but they are all there for one purpose: I refuse to grow up. My cycling focus has gone from "I want to ride fast" to "I want to ride tomorrow," so staying broadly fit is important. My son used to be a CF coach and recommended sandbags. Since I was already rucking for strength, I figured out why not.I won't go into all the exercises you can do on this. Go check YT. I can say that this is a sturdy, durable bag that has been thrown, carried, snatched, dropped, and opened many times. What I like: I can get a solid workout in 20 minutes and get back to life. I have 65 lbs of sand in mine. I routinely open mine to take the 40 lb sack out and use it for rucking with another backpack. What I don't like: With 65 lbs, the two bags inside don't fully expand, so one end of the bag is slightly heavier than the other. What I wish were different: The handles parallel to the circumference of the bag are too long for a proper clean to press. I wish they were shorter so I'd have a closer grip on the bag.Bottom Line: For the money, you can't go wrong. I like the fact that I can drop these on my feet and keep going.

Setting this up
So I found that if you fill three bags full will not fit in the bag. I wanted someplace between 70 and 80 pounds in it so two of the bags are used crumb rubber, which I bought from rogue about a year ago and just never used it the third one I filled with sand. So I just had to play until I could get it zipped. It seems pretty sturdy to me, this is not the first one I bought. I tried personally filling it with only two bags, and they just slopped around in there. I imagine that if you get to 125 pounds , you would have to fill it with sand.So I have one sandbag at 25 pounds., Second is 50 pounds and third is 80 pounds.

Amazing. Get 2
Super tough, durable, well made. Comes with 3 internal bags that are tough with double velcro seals. Has sewn in red thread to let you know how much to fill the internal bags. The handles are tough and in the right places. The zipper is a beast and hides away so it won'tcome undone. Love it. With chipped rubber mulch you get just under 50lbs and the bag is the right amount of flexible. With sand or pea gravel you could load it up easily. I bought 2 and use the other one as a super tough duffle bag. Great job on design and materials.

It holds sand and that much sand is heavy
Very durable and it has many handles for different workouts. I think it would be great if I used it but it collects dust just like my other workout equipment.

It's awesome
There are a hundred ways to lift it, swing it, and carry it around. (I haven't tried throwing it) I use it indoors and I haven't found evidence of it leaking. Sand for it was like $4 at the local hardware store.

Great product for a great price
I have had this same bag since 2019, and it's still going strong. The stitching hasn't come loose, and I only have one small hole the size of a pea. The whole was made by doing bear crawl drags on a track when I first got the bag. I only had one issue with one of the internal sandbags. It popped while doing bag slams. I had both of the liners in the bag, and I think that one folded on itself, and the slam caused it to burst at the seams. All in all, the Sandbag gets 4 stars because it got a small hole after a few months but has not worn down since then. It's well worth the money and great for the user that doesn't need a name brand bag.

Durable, Easy to fill, and Very Affordable
This is a very durable sandbag. I chose to fill with pea gravel, which is about $5/.5 cubic ft bag at Home Depot (50lb/bag). Super easy to fill, and can easily reach the 125lb limit. Sand seemed a bit messy and more prone to leaking. I’ve tossed, slammed, and dragged the bags and they are holding up very well. I usually buy my gym gear from Rogue Fitness, but their sandbags are $200+ after shipping. So, this is a steal!

Perfect training bag you won’t be disappointed.
Absolutely love this bag. Has the perfect handle positions. The only bit of a down side is the inner bags leaked with the sand I added. I found that if I put a plastic bag inside the inner bag it doesn’t leak. Perfect for all my bag training and would totally buy another as all other brands are way more expensive with same build quality.

Well made!!
Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is to see how it holds up over time. Seems well made, lots of handles for various exercises. Very happy so far!!
