I would say a Small waist / and a large length. I am 5"5 and weigh 180, and I wear a Medium waist / Short length. I hope that helps.

Are these breathable? I work in construction and blue jeans get to hot.

They are not breathable, but they are cooler than jeans. The material is thinner than jeans, but still tough (rip stop).
