You have to wave hands 3 or 4 times in front of the dispenser & it drops the tiniest amount of soap. It’s tedious & most of the family avoids it & washes their hands at the regular soap dispenser in the kitchen.

It’s so easy to use and the size is just rightGives you a good enough portion to wash the dishes and you can use it also with lotion wow it is amazing

Difficult to use and failed completely after a couple of months
I liked the look of this dispenser, the shape. But from the get-go there were problems. The inner plug that was supposed to cover the soap filling area fell into the bottom of the soap area almost immediately, when I was trying to push it into place. But there's also an outer cover and as long as one keeps the dispenser upright the soap won't leak out, so that wasn't a dealbreaker for me. Then I tried to use the thing and couldn't get it to work. I was ready to return it. But then I figured out that, though it wouldn't work when I put my palm underneath the sensor (as I normally do with liquid soap), it would work when I used the other side of my hand. I cancelled the return. But I never should have. It stopped working completely within weeks. The light goes on, so it's not the battery. Do not buy this; it's a piece of junk.

Save your money! It looks great but it’s an elegant paperweight!
I got this motion hand soap Dispenser because of COVID-19, and it took a while to even get it to work but finally I got it to work. After working for literally 2 weeks it just stopped, I changed the batteries and made sure it had soap in it and still it stopped working. Safe your money because yes it looks nice in the kids but it’s Ultimately a pretty paperweight.

Worked great for 3-4 weeks and died
I had to dilute the soap so it would dispense once I got that right it worked well for about 3-4 weeks and then just died changed the batteries and let it sit and still doesn't work I want a refund or new one if it will work. Already bought a new on and don't have to dilute the soap it works great, it's a Bisozer.

Very poor quality. No refund
Out of the box it was not working well. Have to water down liquid soap just to get it to come out. Doesn’t work at all after a couple months. No refunds after a month. Buyer beware this has a very low score so you don’t waste your money on this brand. Very poor quality
