great little gadget really works attached to log burner chimney and we were able to maintain and keep a more even temperature.nice neat size with bright red to let you know when it was getting too hot, really accurate. would reccomend it for durability and value for money

Great product, easy to fix, magnetically attaches to the flue so you can “tune” your wood burner to optimal efficiency, reducing the effect of carbon residue in the flue .

Decent little thermometer, inoffensive and works what more can you ask.

I had another stack thermometer before but had difficulty seeing the pointer from sitting down. This thermometer has a large brass pointer and the black/read is very clear to see from a distance to check you're burning at the right temperature. There is a substantial magnet on the rear too, and a wire loop which you can easy remove to add your own wire support to if your stack is non-magnetic. Great little thermometer glad I purchased this one. It shows the same accuracy as the previous one with the near invisible red pointer.

Accurate, simple to use and has a strong magnet. Feels good quality.

I feel like this gives me a great indication of whether I am overcooking my stove and I’m pretty sure it will help increase the lifespan of the stove and lining. Really useful thing to have and it looks the part too.
