Its okay, nice but maybe I would prefer to be buttery but using a salt-less butter. The salt throws the taste off for me. May just be preference.. Also not enough apple throughout muffin for me.

Our hand made baked goods are always best eaten on the day of purchase, to store, please wrap well. Lots of baked goods appreciate a few minutes in a 180 degree oven, to bring it back to freshly baked
