Received product and when opened, it was "Original USED" condition but the condition was more VERY USED. They did not bother to clean the product. The Springs showed signs of oxidation and there was sticky, dried, toner on everything. Metal contacts were dirty with dried, gunky, toner that it did not work. Attempted to clean it with rubbing alcohol but still doesn't work.

The delivery took a looong time. The product look like it was 10 years old. I installed it in the printerhead and it was worst than the broken one I had. I reinstall the old one. I threw it in the garbage.

The part did not work and it took more than 2 months to arrive
